Arrival:
The rooms are available on your day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. onwards and are reserved for you until 7:00 p.m. Should you be arriving later, we would like to ask you to inform us by telephone.
Departure:
We would like to ask you to vacate your rooms by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Confirmation of your Booking:
A deposit of EUR 110.00 per person by banker's order within the EU (domestic conditions apply) payable to: Bank account: BTV Ehrwald, Bank routeing number: 16360, Account number: 175210113 / IBAN number: AT821636000175210113, BIC (Bank Identifier Code): BTVAAT22 or on disclosure of your credit card number and expiry date.
Extra Beds:
We charge the room price less 20 % for the use of an extra bed in a room occupied by two paying guests.
Single Room Occupancy Surcharge:
If one person books a double room we calculate a surcharge of EUR 15.00 per day (excluding SPECIAL packages).
Children's Fixed Prices:
Children up to the age of 4 stay free, from 4 to 9 there is a reduction of 40%, and children from 9 to 16 a 30% reduction when staying in their parents' room. If staying in their own room there is a 20% reduction on the specified half board prices. ON REQUEST REASONABLE FAMILY OFFERS!
Short Stay Surcharge: 1-3 days plus 10 %.
Bed and Breakfast: An additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person per day.
Full Board: An additional charge of EUR 10.00.
Garage: EUR 8.00 per day.
Price for Dogs (without food): EUR 8.00 per day.
Payment:
Payment by cash in EUR, or by Maestro card, VISA and MASTERCARD (Please take note of the limit on your credit card).
Cancellation Conditions:
Upon payment of 5 % of the board price and on submitting a medical certificate there is no extra charge on cancellation. When cancelling up to 4 weeks before arrival, your deposit will be retained. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply on cancellation, earlier departure or delayed arrival.
